• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Account details must match the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• xbage may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee or closure at xbage's discretion.

xbage supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash and Nagad. All transactions on xbage are processed in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by xbage on standard transactions.

Deposits: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly in most cases. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. xbage does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by xbage support. The name on the withdrawal account must match the name on your xbage account.

• xbage reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on xbage carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.

• Bonuses are credited to your xbage account balance and cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements are completed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• xbage reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account closed.

• Each game on xbage has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account.
• xbage does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact xbage support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xbage. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one xbage account for any reason.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with xbage games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live games or any multiplayer format on xbage.
• Using xbage for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

• Abusing the xbage bonus system, including coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are obtained fraudulently.

xbage reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward xbage staff or other players.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, xbage will notify you via the email or phone number registered to your account. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or participate in any games on xbage.

If an investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a violation is confirmed, xbage reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full.
